Making a U-lock holder
This idea came to me after being sick of carrying U-lock on the rack, horizontal surface, minus support for other objects.
I took a piece of PVC pipe and measured the length of the lock from the segment of intersection with the close to where it starts to bend, cut to measure given the piece of PVC pipe and then present in the rack, on its left side between the vertical bars that I ESGE model. Place two metal clamps and closed until firmly set PVC pipe, then opened the padlock, the locking piece introduced in the PVC pipe and place the end of the lock, locked and ready.
The lock does not move, or horizontally, or at the sides, being fixed and not giving any problems during the movement through the city. is convenient to put the lock down to keep out water when it rains in the area where the key is inserted.
